So you thought burgers are usually served with fries? Yeah, so did I. Today I got it served with carrots too. Burger with fries and carrots. It's either going to be a new trend, or someone made a very interesting exception to common nutrition customs.
No wait, I get it, it's all a conspiracy to make you eat your vegetables...
But hey, it was good, so who cares?

So, I was dead until resurrected me with the Dragon Balls. Don't aske me how he did it, but I'm back and for some of you here that's probably what counts. Been too lazy to update the page until now, but I think it's time to act.
Have only been in one of the Back 2 Square 1 episodes until now, in fact the one I got resurrected, but the show has been going on (still trying for more win and less fail, and failing I've been told). If you happen to have a 90 minute blank in your WMP or Winamp playlist every now and then, you should really drop by and check it out.

On other news, yesterday was 's first live streamed lesson, held by . Though some of us were cheated out of 1 hour of our time, because apparently the GMT clock doesn't use daylight savings (damn you country of GMT!), I was among the lot of people who attended the live lesson, and it was awesome. The lesson in itself was great, and the chat was simply hilarious. I'm looking forward to the next lessons, and I'm expecting them to be just as good as the first one, if not better.

Since attending the class, some have asked me "so you start drawing again?". Actually, I've never stopped drawing; I stopped sharing my work, with the community and my entourage, until I'm happy with it myself. And until there's something that I really feel proud of, you won't be seeing anything new. Besides, I'm happy painting miniatures for now, so much to catch up with, and I'm tired of seeing boxes of pewter models piled to the ceiling gathering dust. That is something I might be showing though. The finished works I mean.
Speaking of miniatures, a great deal of my Tyranids are now in the hands of Auxellion, which has accepted the commission. I heard a few indignated roars here about not supporting our local pro painters and such crap, but until my local pro painters can offer me a better deal, I'm afraid Aux will see more work coming his way. He looked really happy when he got the package.

But anyway, Reto hasn't been around in a while, so I went out looking for him and I discovered that he was eaten by his battle-cat Sizu at the end of episode 001 of Back 2 Square 1.

and his other co-host are currently on a quest to find a means to resurrect him, and I hope they succeed because I want my dude back.

Haven't been this active in a while.
But I'm far from my original record of 14 journal entries over the course of a year (yeah, I know it's supposed to be a journal, but I don't really have that much to say about myself that could actually interest the comminuty ). Anyways, uploaded a color test to my scrapbook, and two minor works I had around gathering dust.

Latest news is, I'm going to be working with on his podcast, which has yet to be given a name, along with . I'm kinda eager to start, but working with a 9 hour difference on the GMT side isn't going to be easy

You aren't going to be seeing any more artwork from me in a while probably, except some concept artworks for the 3eVAN team and their EPOQUE game, whic means I will revert to some mecha-design while improving my own character drawing style to bring it closer to what I really want it to be. Nothing against comic looks, but it's simply approaching the anime style too much, and I hate that. Already too many people draw in anime style and I don't want to be one of them and fit to a stereotype.
's journal has given me some degree of enlightment, and it's time to start back from square one.

I hope to be submitting something of the above mentioned before Christmas, but if not, stay tuned for 's podcast to hear from my Schwarzenegger-y accented voice (damn it really sucks to hear yourself on a record).
