The final round of Senior announcements for 2009!
Artist's Comments 's character Rengemaru, colored for her by me.To be honest, I'm not completely satisfied with the coloring of this drawing. I just couldn't get the shading and lighting on the pants right, and I eventually stopped trying to shade and just kept the one result that looked best. I like however the shading of the hair. It's still far from perfect, but if it weren't for a tutorial I saw around a few days ago (I'm sorry I can't remember who it was that did it... my memory sucks so hard sometimes...  ), I'd probably still be there trying to figure out a way to make it look nice... and sorta 3D and not plain and flat.Character and lineart are © Coloring done by me. Still waiting on suggestions to improve my tablet skills  |
